Unknown carrier pack...

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone here who can tell me what this is, where it's from.... etc..
It has a small square on it with 39 and below that a 3. All the leather is complete I guess and looks good.

I wouldn't say "worthless", because there are those of us that collect Swiss militaria. However, its never going to be a high dollar item.
