IMO looks maybe to have been restitched, from the pics anyway...Is there an SA marking on it? All early German equipment is normally marked, SA is Finnish could be 1920s, shovel looks post war.

I agree with Rick when comes to covers - reworked finish.. maybe swiss cover - shovel is Polish post war - typical WOLF's head stamp
