Zeltbahn Stamp

I bought this spinter camouflage Zeltbahn over a year and a half ago and have never been able to figure out what manufacturer stamp says. Probably near impossible to read, but maybe someone will recognise the manufacturer and be able to tell what their stamps normally had.
