Reproductions of the WWI Tornister are being made for reenactors, I have one and it is a beautiful reproduction. Fur packs are also still made in Germany for hikers and boy scouts. I have seen postwar scout packs being sold as pre-45 originals on eBay. It is only a matter of time before reproduction WWII tornisters are made. Already some parts are being reproduced.
