No problems at all with that pouch. I own one just like it along with the left side to match. The "clg" marked pouches I've seen and owned were either dated '43 or '44 and were always in tan cloth with black leather. Some have brown leather securing the metal studs.

I believe the last matching set in almost unissued condition sold on the E-Stand a few months back for $1500-$1600.

If you have a tan cloth, clg marked left side, you need this right side!

What's a green pair of clg43 pouches in unissued condition going to be worth then?

I am not saying these are bad but I owned a set of European made reproductions that had the exact same markings, construction, and material. They were virtually identical to these except they were brand new. I sold them with my MP-40 a few years ago and have no pictures of them. Again, I am not saying these are bad, only that there are reproductions in existance that are exact copies of these.
