I also think itsa fake - mostly beacuse of stamp - which is a copy of belt buckle stamp.
but damn - its a dangereous fake - leather is pretty good.. stiching is also close... - can We have pictures of tonque !!!??

typical repro leather belt fray to the edges where buckle scrapes-maybe orig hardware-looks like easily available reinactment repro with sly extra stamp.

It looks like a East German belt that has been cut down and modified.

I think that I can add to this post some more infos

Some months ago I bought from ebay simmilar belt.
I thouht that is an salty original eqsample

leather was really good, but stamps was too deep (only stamps and tongue inside belt looks strange)
now, when I saw billmunny belt I have some strange feelings about this one

what do you think?

I agree, the aging on the inside of the belt is suspicious. If you look at the pics posted those spots on the inside of the belt appear to be marks form where something dripped on the leather giving in a lighter tone. I am guessing some sort of acid used in the artificial aging process.
