Information needed on Kriegsmarine blanket

Not really Kriegsmarine, but rather Reichsmarine. Can someone share some more information? Is it Reichswehr? If so, these saw use during WWII too I presume?

Sorry, only this picture available for now. I spotted this blanket for sale online. Seller asks 35 €. Is this considered to be cheap for a blanket like this these days?

as you say,used during WW2 and very similar with the KM model,I have one KM WW2,but not under my hand for the moment.
