help with german?flight helmet.

hi all.
i'm new to this forum and i'm not able to post pictures,at least i can't figure it out so i wonder if anyone can help me to post the pictures of it.
i a'm also very impressed with the level of knowlegde here
regarding to the helmet i cant't find any pictures of it in any of the books i have
so i'm looking forward to get some help.

You can get an account at photoshack or imageshack free then upload your pics there then copy the html img link and put it in your post and your pics will show. the html link will look something like this less the round brackets ( [IMG]...........[/IMG] ) the dots being the address

This is not a flight helmet I´m familiar with. I know Gerard have one for sale on his website, he states that it´s a Kriegsmarine communication/telephone operator's helmet.
I have no idea.

i would have liked it to be a flight helmet to,but it doesen' matter,it's still a collecting ithem for me and i diden't pay much anyway.

expertise and helpfullness on this forum.
i was almost sure it was german ,but i have never seen this type before so i took a chanse and bought it .
it doesen't really matter who used it as long as its original beside i have problems when it comes to collecting,i can't decide what to collect
i guess i have to figure out what to collect and go for it
i don't no how real the price gerard has on his is but it is many times what i gave for mine,so we would see, mayby i trade it with something else or keep it,
all i know is that i have thought for a long time now to concentrate on luftwaffe flight equipment,seen some of your collectiones and i'm impressed.
it cost way to much to focus on evrything
