I got this off ebay around 2001. I decided that I would rather have a more complete one than this so I am going to sell this. Not sure if I will put it on the estand or ebay, but I want it to go in a timely manner.

Nice but I think the cap and leather strap goes with a standard canteen....I dont think I have ever seen a "tropical" pressed wood canteen with an alu cap. Typically these canteens would have the bakelite caps.
