Help Needed To Identify Pack, Bag Or What Is It??

    Hey Guys,
This just arrived today and I am puzzled, as I can not figure out what it belongs to. It's in a "luft" blue canvas with grommets for rope to tighten it with. It's maker marked, dated 1942 and waffenampted. It seems it was a carry bag for some piece of equipment or something that fit inside it. Has anyone every seen this before or know what it is?

Maybe looks like this packed or rolled.

Or possibley the grommets ends roll back to loop through the other grommets.

          Hello
Should this be a parachute bag ? Looks like one to me.

            Folding stretcher

I have seen this in a picture, I can´t remember where. I think this is the second half of a folding stretcher. The fabric is secured to a wooden or metal folding frame, by robes going through all the grommets on the backside. The buckle and the square ring, in the top picture, is the connecting point for the other half of the stretcher. The two flaps with one grommet hole are to secure the patient to the stretcher, by a little string. The square holes 2/3 down the fabric, is where the legs of the frame runs trough.

              Hello
I think that you are right. Ostfront used to have one ,if I remember correctly.
For some reasons the shape reminded me of the parachute bag ,but it is not.
              Best Regards

It is not a parachute bag. The features are not correct. But, I don't know what it is.

                  Hello
Andreassen his 100% correct. Saw the same in a Militaria magazine and original pictures. This half is the lower half and the 2 large strap were there to secure the wounded soldiers legs.
Like he mentioned a rope would be passed inside the eyelets to secure the canvas to the wood frame.
Now all you need is the upper half and the frame.
                  Best Regards
