need help identifying water bottle/cup/bowl

I posted this in the International Forum but I am posting it here in case someone who collects Axis field equipment might help me. It is a large waterbottle with cap, and fitted cup/bowl on the bottom. Strap is HBT. Bottle is felt covered. Can anyone help me ID it? Is it Italian? French? Polish?
