Sorry to say But I think this is a fake.

Artifical ageing and non standard leather work.

These are often faked because they fetch 400+ Euros if they are real.

It took me years of looking at fakes to locate one for my collection.

Hello Whsammler,
Thanks for your information, but i buy it since 10 years ago to a particular in east of france ,near Bitche for 180 euros.I'm looking with interest the pictures of fakes...and there is some details which different.The color is not the same and the lid is rigid on mine.the fabric seems more flexible on the fakes.The leather is very flexible and fine.A rest of a plug on the back like a Rbnr, but i'm not sure because it's illegible.
the hold drink some which gives rigidity to the unit is riveted with two rivets in aluminium instead of 6 (see on an other pouch) and is in only one piece.
somebody would have it an identical cartridge pouch for comparison ?
What do you think about these..?I want to be sure before sold it.

I am not yet convinced it is a fake. It is not the same as the ones linked above. Could I see a close up of what is left of the marking and of the leather, especially on the side?

Sorry to say that - but IMHO - like other mentioned - 100% fake..
wrong hardware... crappy sewing... etc.... - its not german manufacture....
