Heres a close up of the sproket. I'm looking for a period pic showing its use by the military. I've seen a number of different styles but not this one. Thanks for your assistance.Jim

            Good Stuff

            Wow,
It seems there are some great looking Fahrrads out there. Keep them coming. I am working on a post war model similiar to the NSU.

Great examples guys! Here's a picture of my TruppenFahrrad in the condition how I got it some years ago. It came from the Arnhem-area. It's a Weltflieger. Serialnbr was hard to read.

After restauration. The rear-light is supposed to be non-military, but I leave it like that. Note also the tan-painted wheels, which I decided not to overpaint. I'm still looking for original grips as well as the original ones were in very bad condition...

                  Great display items gentlemen !!
I like the ways how the equipment is attached to these bikes.

Maybe it's almost time for your own "tour de France".

                    From a farm in Normandy

                    Hi

TruppenFahrrad in the condition how I got it some years ago in a farm in Normandy near Montebourg.
It is not with all its originals german parts, it is like the farmer used it!!!

Here a picture with few TruppenFahrrad parts and few US and german equipment. All this items come from farms around St M******232;re Eglise.

Few items from a farm near Brest in Brittany. Very nice saddle!!!

                    Regards
                    Ben
