I just found this in Vienna over the weekend.

The only marking is '66' stamped on it. It could alos be Prewar Bundesheer.

Any idea?

I have seen similar post-war pouches. These were used for storing personal items, like eating utencils, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

Looks like this could be made for the same purpose.
