Torn E.b Receiver

I have a Torn E.b Receiver that does not have it's original power supply. It has a power supply lead and antenna. Does anyone have any suggestions on any other souce of power supply that I could use that would be safe?

Building your own is the only way to go. But before you do that, it's important to test the receiver and see if it works. Even a good power supply can do damage to the fragile RV2P800 vacuum tubes in the Torn. E. b if there are broken components inside it.
