I need opinions on this phone, and if it's authentic I would like to know it's value.

Hi, it is autentic and also a nice battery. At the top of the lead there is a small plate with the alphabet, is this german? Because manny of thees phones has ben used after the war by other armyes, and the plate has somtime ben replaced.
Under or near the reciver you will most likely find a waffenamt stamp and date.

The value is hard to say, here in Denmark a fieldphone is sold at a price between 30 to 60$ But I think it depends on where in the world you live, the danish army and also civil defense has used them, therfor we have a lot of them here, often you dossen´t even want to pay 30$ for one. I have 2 in verry nice condition and I payed 50$ for the set.

What you have here is an original German Fieldtelephone (Feldfernsprecher 33). The telephone is complete and has even the original 1.5 volt battery. This battery is often missing. If you want you can complete the fieldtelephone with a leather carrying strap.
About the value: I would say 45-50 euros (about $60?). This is what I want to pay max! But....the battery is also present. And now it is another story. This battery has also a value of about 40 euros. If you want complete your fieldtelephone with a carrying strap well...I think this cost about 70 euros.
