Help needed with mine flags with bag

Hello,
I'm interested in a mine flag bag with flags. I only notice some things, that might not be good.

1. One marking looks as new, and the other looks very worn
2. The leather at the back of the strap looks new, and especially the stiching doesn't look typically german.

Have these been re-issued after the war?

What do you think?

Don't worry the case look perfect I have several just as that. I don't think the BW reissue the press-stoff executions but the canvas type.
