Sorry it will be hard for me to explain it, but if the photo is right the buckle is on the wrong side of the carrier, I don't like the leather and this is not the type of mark we can find on SS leather equipement.
I hope that my english is clear enought to give my own feeling about this carrier..

On Ebay I saw the same stamp on a fake ammo pouch

If the shovel carrier was not bad enough just by itself, the ammo pouch offers conclusive proof of both just being more examples of the fake “SS” items that continue to be manufactured. The leather definitely has a strange appearance. Anybody have an idea of the source where these items are coming from? FP

many thanks for all your comments, this helps a lot. Hope all serious collectors keep this mickey mouse stamp in mind. Some one in the world is making some $$ with it
