Ski Boots - Help needed please

Hi All. Very interested in members opinion of these boots. They have been simply described as "In good condition with one heel loose.Some numbers stamped inside,They have a groove in the heel for skis and are about size nine." (That would be a UK 9 BTW) Thanks in advance.
