I come to you today with this Waffen SS collar tabs.
I think they are all OK, but I believe in WAF experience.
I have asked several of my contacts, but WAF's opinion, in more are important to me.

This one is a clear copy. This fakes usually exist with Moleskin Cloth.

It's hard to understand, that for a copy, they took the time to double weave.

This is a well known copy. You should find it here on older Topics and i guess also in the pinned SS FAKE insignia thread. Do a bit of Research and you will find other Tabs like this.

As much as the Bullion Totenkopf is original, I can not get my head
round the construction/ cut lines etc...
If it was firstly a horizontal skull, then the alterer would have left
the fold-over intact...….

The ones I have seen is when they remove the number from the bottom and add a piece of material to the top to make the TK more centered. In fact I have one. However this one was done very sloppy, also I have not seen a piece added at the top and the bottom. By the work on adding the pieces they were certainly no expert so maybe they made a mistake.
