Interesting Tab. Does it seem like it is for the other side and refolded. Looks like it was originally fit for the rank side collar? Just from looking at the folding lines on it.

I took this photo from the forum to compare to. G. Wood credit.
Maybe its just me...Not saying its bad, just an observation. or maybe its just the ends of the bevo fabric different material textures.

Upon reflection, if you take those fold lines (if that's what they are) and expand them, you would end up with a rectangle and not a rhomboid shape??

Very nice photos. Mixture of the tabs in them. Also note the variations in the caps: skull only, Black traps on feldgrau cap, 2 piece insignia.


There is a division in the middle of the bevo tab that one can see clearly in the photos as well as being thinner.


Also, some with blue wool shield and some bevo shields. A lot of mixed insignia combinations.
