Made both pre war and postwar.. Skull, Sea Serpents, one crowned,, a friend years ago showed me an advertisement showing one in a Latvian newspaper ..

An old design that I'd say more than Latvia used..
Yours looks like a nice old one,,but not martial nor Germanic 3rd reich specifically related.
