small early eagle

I have posted this eagle in the political section because I've been told it is from a nsdap work cap.
I'm posting here because i recall seeing a m34 ss-vt with same eagle but with black wool backing rather than green hbt as in my example.
I would really appreciate anyone pointing me in the direction of the thread with the vt cap.
