Are you sure, Owen? The printing here has some different characteristics than the pink smocks. The color also looks different, although the bad lighting doesn't help. Looks like real, later production oak fabric to me.

I am looking on my phone so image is small but yes it’s pink

Look at the sewing using the two colors that are consistent with the jackets.......
The green is a worse than the brown always
The cover hasn’t been washed etc lightening the pink hues so it appears better than it actually is.

Look at the Clips
They are nothing like wartime ones as is the black paint.

A cover should stand on its own regardless of the pink vortex.
This puppy sadly isn’t even close to an original.

Looking at this again, while I cannot comment on the construction, this is definitely NOT the pink smock fabric. The print is entirely different, and is consistent with wartime oak A.

Look I am going to make this really simple
Here is a fake pink on the left
Look at the printing colors

On the right is a real wartime oak smock
Note the colors

The helmet cover is clearly pink

The manufacturer is post Wat

If you want to think it’s a real cover that’s worth more than 5 k then it’s weird

The way it stands to me is it’s a $150 cover as a curiosity
