what kind of ss tunic is this one?

Hi guys,
I kind of need some help here. What kind of tunic is this one? looks like a black one, has the tipical SS armband, the cap looks like black algemeine SS, but still i dont see any tabs, and the lower pockets are kind of army style. Not tipical fo the m37 and m32 tunics.
And as far as i see, its an open colar tunic...

would love to hear your thoughts

For some reason, I find this picture intriguing. There are several odd things in it. I have somewhat limited experience with tunics, so I will remain silent on the tunic itself.

The SS Man's ear looks strange, like the picture is pieced together or his ear has been injured.

Could he be an officer in a foreign SS formation?

The edging on the cuff title looks very bright, like aluminum or the rarely encountered cavalry yellow. From the picture, the buckle might be an officer pattern.

We can't see the upper insignia on the cap (eagle?), but the lower insignia is either a non standard skull, a wreath or something else.

The stripes on the armband look a little odd to me, but it might just be the angle and lighting.

The details of the Star of David are washed out, but can anyone tell what type of star this is? This could confirm a non German location.
