Here is another eagle I see for sale. I like it, but I have been wrong a few times before. Could I get some other opinions from those more knowledgeable than I, please?

Looks right enough to me Brad,is the fuzziness a sign of wear or a sign of lack of detail ? I'd give it house-room though.
