      We should assume SScollector got the bad new (for him) from Don, that the ring IS authentic as I had stated.

        No, I simply just lost interest in arguing about this ring and decided that I would do nothing further at all. If you like the ring, then that is good for you.

            As far as the darkened color is concerned, I've seen original untouched rings with the same darkened color. So I'm not concerned about the color. Not that it means anything as far as this ring is concerned.
            Again like most have stated we need much better pictures to be able to give a realistic and accurate assessment on this ring as far as this forum is concerned.
