SS Sturmmann collar tabs real or fake?

Hi guys, I just purchased these SS Sturmmann collar tabs from a local antique dealer earlier today and was wondering whether they are real or fake.
    regards
    Tom

Even the RZM tag is fake.

Thanks for the info guys it was my first WW2 militaria purchase, I am into the Wehrmacht and SS stuff so as soon as I saw it it caught my eye, but a part of me thought it'd be too good to be true lol!

Just been on the phone to the guy and am getting my money back so at least I haven't thrown my money down the drain! lol

Very good thst you are getting a refund.

Spend some time studying these forums. There is more information here than ever before and it can make collecting far less dangerous. Use the search function to check original material and use the wonderful pinned thread, by Gary Wood, for good photos of reproductions.

Once you are comfortable, in your knowledge, double check here by posting potential purchases.

Best of luck to you in yout collecting endeavors.

Hi David, I guess I just saw them in the display case and they caught my attention as I am a fan of the SS antiques, The dealer was selling them with a golden brass SS belt buckle that I have never seen before I could tell the belt buckle was a dodgey, but as I am kind of new to the hobby and me being gullible I assumed the tabs were ok as the sewing looked pretty decent and the RZM on the back, I know now I should have come here beforehand and done my research, so all a good learning process lol! He asked for £70 For the tabs

                    Far too cheap . . . .
A pair of matching pair of RZM tabs of this rank could set you back approx £850 or more I would have thought.
                    A massive difference.
                    Regards David
