I looked at this item many times and to be honest I'm going to stick my neck out and say I don't really see any issues with it
The shape of the skull looks to be fine and even and the buckram backing appears to be okay too.
It appears to be a typical TK officers Tab

I think they are astounding. Many year of collecting Totenkopf and I cannot recall ever seeing an actual matched pair of officer's Totenkopf tabs for both sides. Wow. Embroidery on the jaw, cranium, eye and nose sockets, teeth detailing, all textbook superb quality.
