Arm Eagle Smooth dot cut off

Hello Guys i think this is quite a good cuff off.
I have put it on a SS dot jacket for comparison the jacket is printed on tropical and the cuff off is on normal color material.

You can see where the jacket had a eagle and how the cut off fits with the thread line
What sort of eagle is this as im not great with Eagles

The style that was found on the Erbsentarn SS Para jump smocks. Sorry I can't comment on it's merits of being a 'cut-off' or not.

just thought i would post see what people think.

as the arm seam thread does seem to fit where the eagle would be

so any advice on if this is a original cutoff?
does it look like its been there? also seems hard to find cloth with a seam that would fit a arm eagle on in the right place.

As its my first cut off i posted it up for some advice
