SS arm eagle Variant ??

Hi all,

just saw this eagle at a friend who found a small lot with original SS insignia and wondered as this eagle is not familliar to me.
Any opinions on it ?

It's very similar to (if not the same as) the type found of the SS-FJ 44 dot jump smocks.
