It's either fake as its non text book strange buckram, strange cord material...
or foreign made...so possibly foreign tailored for the NSKK in Belgium.

If it were me, I'd bin this one. Too many flags as NickG noted. I'm not comfortable with any aspects of this tab, be it for any organization.

I have to agree with Charles on this one. Odd buckram. Odd litzen. And the black felt looks rather fuzzy to me.

I would have to agree that this is fake. It has the classic cheap fuzzy wool that was used on so many fakes long ago. The litzen is fake as well.
