The insignia are rubbish. (and there's a very clear shadow of the stitching where Heer litzen once were)

Dunno about originality of the tunic itself...

Hopefully the tunic wasn't stamped "RZM". Never good in an SS tunic.

For the type of lining it has I would expect to
see holes for the belt hooks!

more interior shots needed

More interior shots are needed of linings, sleeve liners, markings, interior wound bandage pocket, etc. If no holes are present, I would assume a tailor made piece, but if standard issue lining, it would be appropriately marked but also should have the two hole or three hole belt ramp attachment holes present

It looks like a copy to me as well. All the proportions are odd. Post an image of the stamps if you can.
