Yes ....
It looks to be a descent weave band with what seems a relatively embroidered Deutschland script ....
But 6 strands ? Whats the general consensus on the cuff-band ?
Are they a yes or no ?

There are some 6 strand bands I would have in my collection but this cuffband is not one of them.

This is a fake imo. I had one in the past in Hand with this sloppy style of lettering on a fake band with wrong RZM tag - the originals do have much better letters - the Basic band is probably OK but the letters are not wartime stitched imo.

Look at Hannahs Reich there is a nice one for sale for a good Price together with a shoulder board :-)
