    SS M37 Tunic?

This tunic recently showed up online and has the general cut of an M37 SS. The lapels seem very large and the buttons almost mint, which seem strange.

    What do you all think?

Copy, liner, button holes, front closure, collar etc.

I owned once an original M37, resides now in a leading collection. It showed special liner details that I never will share.

When you say it's original why you put it then on eBay when you might fetch a 1000x higher sales price on WAF for an original M37 tunic? That tells more then any words.

The skirt is made of 100% authentic and prior to May 8, 1945, a copy ect. Just look at the other stuff out of the fund, if anyone still needs photos for this I can make gernen. If one does not know what it must not equal a copy of his or ???

maybe it's a different model, possibly for the Reichswehr ???? The fact is the rock is and remains an original before May 1945 !!!!

The lining is typical POST 1941 ( syntetic silk liner ). The prior 1942 jacktes/ overcoat have cotton lining ( especialy those pre war examples ). Also wool doesn't look period.

Fliege oder Mücke, of course it is your decision where to sell your material.

But when you have no clue about what you sell then don't call it 100% original SS tunic.

It has a chance to be a SD jacket
