It's a very nice, early LAH embroidered to the strap. Gary Wood kindly showed me a similar one in light blue on green at the Stoneleigh show this year.

ohhh, what a combination LAH cypher and TK collar tab... Thats serious!

Gets more and more weird as you think about it... time frame is quite apart for the strap and the overseas cap... I would have expected a SS VT cap with that strap -- or a later style LAH cypher with that cap...
