China? Go to Germany or other tailors locations.
Do you think it is so difficult?
Many people look for orig cloth balls, most are possible gone those days.
Next one has maybe no tailor label and get then bought for 1k as a bargain because a custom tailored one is in a book.

Interesting to read the posts; especially the one on War Relics forum. The tunic which they analyse there is almost identical, but not the same tunic. I have compared them closely.
