Pictured in UNIFORMS OF THE WAFFEN SS: VOLUME 3 (by Michael D. Beaver) on pages 753 to 755 is a black Panzer wrap worn by a SS-Oberscharfuhrer from Regiment Germania. Does anyone know the history of this wrap? When and where it was first discovered? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
