Where can he locate this information to purchase ?

        If i were him
        I woudl write a lettr the NARA or Berlin Document Center. When Iwas collecting, I did that and was surprised what they provide and if was free!

              His service files and marriage application etc,. may be in NARA in Virginia. You can hire a researcher who lives there to look for you and copy what he finds-
