SS tropical sleeve eagle fraying normal?

I have this nice SS tropical sleeve eagle that is uncut with the original RZM tag. It was in a hard plastic sleeve for a while and then I transferred it to a thinner and easier to see brand new sleeve and I have every little thread moved around as it used to be all tucked and bent down on the back when it was stored in the other sleeve. I assume it was because the new sleeve is not hard plastic, is it OK and normal for these to look like this with fraying everywhere?

Normally these are perfect to look at ...
But I don't see much to worry about
