R.W.Darre-his grave and personal runic symbol

    Hi guys,
When I went to visit R.W.Darre´s grave in Goslar´s cementary,I for the first time, see his personal runic symbol. It was on his grave.
This grave was in the center Goslar´s cementary and, from my point view, was the biggest in the cementary.
I know only three person with these personal runic symbols:R.Heydrich,R.W.Darre and Karl Wolff.
R.Heydrich´s personal symbol,I know from his personal letter, his plane and from his personal seal-ring,which have his son Heider.
Karl Wolff´s personal symbol I know from his personal letter.
What do you think about this runic symbols?
Had it every SS-Obergruppenfuhrer or only chief SS Main Office or person
    from Himmler´s inner circle?

    Regards

    Petr

On the last picture is Heider´s hand with his father´s personal seal-ring.
I took the photo, when I meet with Heider in Muenchen before six years.
It is gold ring with green stone and with engraved his father´s personal runic symbol. He told me,that it is his father´s personal seal-ring.

            Regards

            Peter

                    Wonderful & VERY informative thread!!!!

Im shocked the "victors" allowed the runic crest on his grave!?
At least it wasn't vandalized like Horst Wessels' & so many others....

Thalmannpionier - Good catch!!! Yes....the SS is still alive and well and they now incorporate their runes in everyday items to elude the Political-Correct Police

I don't think it has anything to do with "allowing" the crest to remain . . . but rather, nothing more than simple ignorance.

A little warning here: historically speaking . . . broadcasting images, and offering geographic reference to such sites - via public forum - often leads to the rapid change of current situations.

Yes, I agree. This could spark another event of destroying history. Again.

Could have been covered, or since the symbol is in the concrete noone saw it. If it was in another position, you can be certain it would have been chipped away long time ago.

When/if the red youngsters nowadays see this grave, they will most likely try to vandalize it.

Richard Walter Darre was one of the most fascinating figures of the third reich - a true believer - he and himmler IMO were fascinating figures - his grave is awesome - he was lucky to end up with a superb grave to remember his legacy
