Could you tell me something about collar tabs and the M1-167 cap eagle?

the eagle is zinc, late war (1943), RZM code "167" for maker Augustin Hicke-Tyssa bei Bodenbach
the rank tab with B&W piping is Allgemeine-SS
the blank tab with no piping is EM/NCO SD
the runic tab is EM/NCO Waffen-SS has strange (huge) folds on the reverse it's not a very common type but I like it

Hi guys,

Just returned from the seller and bought the rest of the pieces!

Turns out the gentlemen he got it from wasn't a member of the ss but was just a collector.

I'm thinking of selling part of this lot so any information about the pieces would be much appreciated!
Not asking prices just the history of the pieces. For example the tags.
