Great piece but I wish (and I'm sure Howard didn't do this) the previous collector didn't feel the need to trim the cut-off. I think that they look best with a big hunk of cloth.

Could someone explain the green stitching ? Is it meant to be the hat seam stitch? It also goes around the back of the insignia. Is that normal?
