I think it would be wise to discuss the follow items that are currently on the e-stand:

Wasn't Thorsten expelled from the e-stand after being caught selling random German wood and iron items as reall NS or SS items? He's right back at it like never before and is allowed to do so? Hasn't the forum learnt anything?.
What do we think of it?

All good plates in my opinion. Ive reported this post to the mods as an obvious attempt to discredit the seller for petty reasons. Since some are sold already what business is it of the thread starter to re-examine them?

Are you suggesting that after an item is marked sold it is no longer relevant if the item is fake or not? Faulty reasoning.

If a buyer backs out due to this libel, the poster and WAF may be liable for tortious interference of contract, among other things under international law and/or the UCC, uniform commercial code. But an Intl lawyer would need to be consulted. This is reckless behavior. What business is it of this 3rd party if there is a happy buyer and seller? This is nothing but harrassment.

Come on this is non sense. Everybody can question if some item is real or fake. It is from this discussion we learn about items. It is IMO the basis of this forum and why a lot of us are members to discuss items and get second opinions.

Can you elaborate on this? All I see is Ian saying that all items on sale must be allowed to be discussed. What am I missing?

The item is sold. If I bought something from you and someone else convinced me to breach our contract under false pretenses and intentionally, then you would have reason to be pissed and recover from that third party for tortuously interfering with our contract. Why does Gaston feel the need to involve himself in this transaction if the buyer and seller are happy? This is harassment because it is thorsten we are talking about. He would not and has not done it to anyone else has he? We cannot allow this to occur just because Thorsten is the one this is happening to? This us bullying plain and simple and paying members should not have to deal with it. I'm gonna stand on principles not emotion on this one.

Capt you my read the E stand rules and the return policy. There is no law, as every place can make his own seller and return rules u might know or dont know.

Not really an interesting point as estand rules allow you a five day inspection period and a no-reasons given return option. So buyer can always escape from a sale.

As to these handycraft items - although I like these in general, I would no longer buy these as there is no way to authenticate these.
