Just the right amount of salt! Man that is a beauty of a wrap and the trousers ain't too shabby either, very nice items Men! It has often been said "if only that uniform could speak", well IMO all three of these items speak plenty!

        Patrick,

I remember the trousers you have showed.
Few years ago I showed them on WAf asking for opinion.
They didn`t pass the test back then

These trousers were qualified back then as post war copies and stonewashed .......

The thread in which I asked for opinion is from 2011.
Unfortunatelly the pictures from that thread are gone now (they were uploded with imageshack).
But here in this thread I have showed the same pictures from 2011 (few of them).

When I picked them up other WAF-members (also long time SS camo collectors) were present, and none had a problem with those.
They are for sure not stonewashed, but acid damaged.

There is no problem with them - apart the new owner had a personal problem with me, but thats his problem.

Anyway, thats not the meaning of this thread.

I have only seen 1 pair of green Dom oak in person.
Better pics of these are needed.
If real then rare as hens teeth.
                    If fake

I like Mike's trousers, the only pair that I saw was also Oak-B and they looked very similar if not identical to Mike's trousers with button holes embroidered just like you see on tunics and not like on Grans' pair. The tress at the bottom was also of the type you usually see in original German uniorms, buttom cuffs were not lined like they are on Grans' pair, etc. Hope it will help a bit

                        Marcin & Gran Sasso,

The third pair are indeed fake, cloth is not the right one.

                        Regards,
                        Ron

Here is a little detail on the pair I have that I like - the use of a piece of dot camo inside.

Sorry for the lousy picture - it was done in haste and I will attempt a better one later.
