SS sleeve diamonds????

I am guessing these ar SS due to the black wool...or?
They are larger than SS sleeve diamonds 80mm top to bottom 65mm across.

Not SS but as Dave said they are political sleeve diamonds worn by staff leaders of the party ; page 195 of Jeff Clarks book ► Uniforms of the NSDAP ◄ has a short description of these. They are pretty scarce IMOH.
