No.
TK with jaw were available since the end of 1935. A real distributiom start ed in 1936.
Before 1929 eagle and Prussian tk.

Thank you for your reply. I was inquiring about the Prussian style TK that was worn in 1932 which was metal. But did they use a cloth one too?

The machine-embroidered 'BeVo' cap skull wasn't introduced until 1939, before that the SS used the metal skull button or the 1st and 2nd pattern metal cap skulls.
