A visit to Wewelsburg...

Of course pips could break off, but really.....................how many times does that happen on an officer's dress uniform? As for the skull tab, I'm just a lowly SA collector, and even I could tell that the skull doesn't look right, even at that distance. Some museums are somewhat infamous for displaying fake items, but I wouldn't expect it at Wewelsburg. What - are we at Costume Castle?

I also consider the tunic as a fake one. But then i looked down as a could - i looked at the sleeves. They have these typical ww2 white with black lines lining which differs from the other lining to the whole tunic.
But still it might be a reproduction.
