Does anyone know a good place to find them? I am looking for one but I don't want to spend more than $300 - 350. I found this one for $375 but I am holding off for now hoping to find one on the estand or somewhere else soon.

Go back and get inside shots of the band showing the seams and back of the circle....then post those .....nobody liked the algemeine ss band I got from a vet when I was a kid for 5.00 either because they had seldom seen one with a wool swastika and wasn't the typical folded type swas material, but yet they early on made youth insignias the same way, so mine is original , and this could be good, but the black lines at the top and bottom are usually made of a more shiny material possibly rayon(but not always) . The material used on mine remind me of antique wide shoe laces from the twentys , as that material is also shiny...if you compare it to the one I posted on a armband thread here,stitching around the swas circle and seams flattened (ironed), and if it looks the same, it has a really good chance.
Few own one the type I posted on kyles bulletts thread calledpost your armbands...so naturally having never seen many like that the first inclination is to always say...FAKE..when that in that bands case was an incorrect judgement.
The back round of the white material I also flocus'd in on is slightly different so it could be discerned from the usual types most often encountered....although this photo is too bright to see the weave of it.
I saw one in a pawn shop recently that was original , but the thing was moth eaten badly...so I passed and it wasnt any cheaper...I suggest you try to buy one that has not been eaten by moths then keep it in plastic to protect it from bugs in the future once you find an original.
I'm not saying this one is original, just suggesting to look closer and compare it to the one I posted first before giving it the thumbs down...as that type with cotton solid swaz's are rarer than the usual types.(if original)Comment

I would wait for a wool one, but won't find one cheap like $300-350 unless you get lucky. $400 seems to be the cheapest for a wool SS and it will have some staining/soiling.Comment
