Unless I'm mistaken that's a subtle way of saying "It's not one I'd take a chance on." And neither would I,perhaps try the big picture and show us the rest.

Thank you for clearing that up, I just didn't know what you meant by the previous statement.

Anyhow, Heinrich, you better post more photos of the whole tunic to see if that is no good or just the insignia.

i`ll make some better pics of the whole tunic tomorrow. The tunic came once in 1990 together with the germania cuff title i showed up earlier.

here are a few more pics- as mentioned before it came from the same family as the germania cuff title (The cuff title fits perfect to sleeve)i showed before and the tunic is in my possesion since 1990.

Too bad. Now, let's ask the question, is the tunic a reproduction or just the insignia. For one, I don't know if I like the award loops on the left pocket. They just don't look like the right spot to me. Anyhow, being the NCO of a Waffen-SS division, why would he have a flatwire Officer's version of the 'Germania' cuff? Just my two cents on the whole situation, even though that cuff is nice. Hope this helps.
